On March 12th, Travis County Pct. 2 along with other members of the community attended a Spring Break BBQ held by Runnymede Apartments for the youth in the complex. Sr. Deputy Ernie Rivera and Deputy Chelsea Anderson were on hand to talk to the kids and parents in attendance about Child Safety and the Pct. 2 Law Enforcement Explorer program. Parents were also provided with information about the Safety Central Child ID App that helps law enforcement if a child is missing or abducted. They also passed out stickers and 911 coloring books.
