The Travis County Pct. 2 Constable's Office participated in the Halloween Pfood Drive held by the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce on Oct. 31. With the weather turning nasty, the event was moved indoors inside the Family Life Center at the First United Methodist Church. Admission to the event was a nonperishable food item that benefits The Storehouse food pantry’s holiday needs. The event also doubled as a safe place for trick-or-treaters. Children were encouraged to wear a costume and were treated with free candy.
