Travis County Constable Pct. 2 Office has always been interested in finding new ways to give back to the community. This past month, our office has partnered with the Burnet Middle School Family Resource Center and AVEY (Austin Voices for Education & Youth) on several drives to help out families and children in need. Pct. 2 conducted a Food Drive which yielded several large tubs of canned goods, boxed meals, and rice.
The Burnet Middle School Family Resource Center also let us know they needed specific types of school supplies, so our office created a Back To School Drive which yielded several large tubs of colored pencils and rulers for this school year's children. We are pleased to help these organizations and look forward to furthering our partnerships with any charitable organizations in need.
