Our office had the opportunity to make friends with some extraordinary children from Cook Elementary for Child Abuse Prevention Month. Constable Adan Ballesteros spoke to the kids about who they could talk to if someone was abusing or hurting them. The kids traced and decorated their hands on construction paper and we put all of the hands on our lobby windows with the slogan "Hands are for holding, not hurting". Thanks to Cook Elementary for allowing us the privilege of speaking to the students.
