Travis County Constable Pct. 2 Deputy Michael De Leon was on hand at Burnet Middle School for the first day of school on September 6th. Deputy De Leon, along with Mayor Steve Adler and other members of the community, participated in welcoming the students back with greeting signs and high fives. Participants formed a "greeting tunnel" for the students in an effort to make the students first day of school more memorable and exciting.
