Travis County Pct. 2 Constable Deputies conducted a Traffic Initiative on Thursday September 27th in the area of Mesa and Spicewood Springs. After several accidents had been reported with pedestrians being hit by motorists, the initiative was made to provide a presence in the area to deter drivers who violate motor vehicle laws. Deputies made stops for Speeding, Using Cell Phones, and Fail to Yield At A Crosswalk.
