The Constable Pct. 2 team was proud to run in the Central Texas Law Enforcement Torch Run benefiting Special Olympics athletes. The Law Enforcement Torch Run is the largest public awareness vehicle and grass-roots fundraiser for Special Olympics. Known as Guardians of the Flame, law enforcement members and Special Olympics athletes carried the Flame of Hope down Congress Avenue to the State Capitol on its way to the Opening Ceremony of the Special Olympics Summer Games.
